Summary

This study examined how common PCOS treatments (birth control pills and clomiphene citrate) affect the eyes. Researchers measured dry eye signs and retinal blood vessels in 60 women with PCOS and compared them to 30 healthy women. The goal was to see if these treatments cause changes in eye health over 6 months.
