Summary
This study is observing 3000 patients in China with Primary Biliary Cholangitis (PBC), a chronic liver disease. Researchers want to see if patients who have a better response to standard medication, shown by improved liver blood tests, live longer without serious complications like liver failure or cancer. The goal is to create a model that can predict a patient's long-term health based on their early treatment results.
