First seen Mar 10, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 14 times

Summary

This study looks at 3,000 people with primary biliary cholangitis (PBC) to see if changes in a blood marker called alkaline phosphatase after treatment are linked to better survival without serious liver problems. Researchers will track participants over time to build a model that predicts outcomes. The goal is to improve how doctors monitor and treat PBC.
