Summary
This study will follow 4,000 people with primary biliary cholangitis (PBC), a chronic autoimmune liver disease, to learn more about their symptoms, treatment responses, and long-term health outcomes. Researchers want to understand why some patients do not respond well to standard therapy and how symptoms like fatigue and itching affect quality of life. The goal is to improve care and treatment strategies for PBC patients in China.
