Summary
This study is testing a drug called patritumab deruxtecan in people with advanced gastrointestinal cancers that have spread. The drug is given through a vein and aims to shrink tumors. The trial will check how safe the drug is and how many people's cancers respond to treatment. About 180 adults with certain types of GI cancers are being recruited.
