First seen Jan 09, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 24 times
Summary
This study looks at whether a special education program on patient safety can shift how nursing leaders and educators in Saudi Arabia think about safety culture. About 102 head nurses, assistant head nurses, and educators will take a survey before the training, then again 3 and 6 months later. The goal is to see if their views on patient safety improve over time.
