Summary
This study tests whether a simple checklist can help Chinese adults in Chicago get recommended cancer screenings and connect with resources for social needs like housing or food. About 600 participants will use the checklist with a navigator's support. The goal is to see if this approach improves health outcomes and reduces barriers to care.
