Summary

This study tests a brief program called Pathways, designed to help people with advanced lung cancer set personal goals and improve their mental health and quality of life during treatment. About 234 participants will be randomly assigned to receive either the Pathways program or enhanced usual care. Researchers will measure changes in depression, hope, and anxiety over several weeks.
