Pancreatic cancer study digs into tumor DNA to unlock clues

NCT ID NCT04011982

First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study looks at tumor samples from 300 people with exocrine pancreatic cancer to find links between genetic changes in the tumor and how the disease behaves. Researchers will use advanced DNA sequencing to analyze samples already collected from surgeries and biopsies. The goal is to better understand the disease, not to test a new treatment.
