Dance may protect the brain in Parkinson's disease

Summary
This study looks at whether partnered dance aerobic exercise can improve movement and thinking in people with Parkinson's disease. About 82 participants will take dance classes twice a week. Researchers will measure changes in symptoms, thinking skills, and brain iron levels to see if dance helps protect brain cells.
