Summary

This small study tested whether focused ultrasound waves could safely treat Parkinson's disease movement problems without surgery. Six people who had already received one-sided brain treatment received the same treatment on the other side. Researchers measured whether this non-invasive approach improved symptoms like tremors and stiffness while checking for side effects.
