Summary

This study is testing a new 6-week exercise program called TURN-IT, designed to help people with Parkinson's disease turn more safely in daily life. It involves 55 participants with Parkinson's who have a history of falls, practicing specific exercises three times a week. The goal is to see if this program improves turning quality enough to justify a larger future trial aimed at preventing falls.
