Brain zaps plus physical therapy: new hope for Parkinson's stability?

NCT ID NCT03981055

Summary

This study is testing whether combining two types of non-invasive brain stimulation with standard physical therapy can better improve balance and stability in people with Parkinson's disease. Researchers are comparing the combined treatment to physical therapy alone in a small group of 40 participants. The goal is to see if this approach helps people with Parkinson's feel steadier on their feet and move more safely.
