Can At-Home brain games on a bike stop Parkinson's decline?
NCT ID NCT07411365
Summary
This study is testing a home-based training program designed to help people with Parkinson's disease who are at high risk for dementia. Participants will pedal a stationary bike while playing brain-training games on a tablet, aiming to improve both thinking skills and the ability to perform daily tasks. The goal is to see if this combined physical and mental exercise can slow the worsening of symptoms and help people maintain their independence longer.
