Summary

This study aimed to understand how Parkinson's disease affects speech, movement, and brain function over time. Researchers followed 29 Parkinson's patients and compared them to healthy volunteers using brain scans, speech assessments, and movement tests. The goal was to map brain activity changes related to Parkinson's symptoms, not to test treatments.
