Summary
This study compared two training methods designed to help people with Parkinson's disease improve their ability to walk and balance while also thinking or doing another task. Thirty participants with mild to moderate Parkinson's performed exercises that combined physical and mental challenges. Researchers measured changes in balance, walking ability, mobility, and cognitive skills to see which training approach was more helpful.
