First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 35 times
Summary
This study tracks 125 adults with early advanced Parkinson's disease in Germany who are prescribed a drug called Foslevodopa/Foscarbidopa. The goal is to see how well it reduces 'OFF' time (when symptoms return between doses) and improves quality of life, thinking, and work ability over 12 months. Participants receive the drug as a continuous infusion under the skin, as part of their normal care.
