Summary

This study looks at how blood pressure changes when standing up affect thinking and blood flow in the brain for people with Parkinson's disease. About 60 participants, some with and some without low blood pressure upon standing, will take thinking tests while lying down and standing up. The goal is to find out if treating low blood pressure could help prevent thinking problems and improve quality of life.
