Summary

This study tested whether a smartphone app could help parents at risk for adversity. For four weeks, 24 parents received daily text messages with parenting tips and answered questions about their mood and interactions with their child. Researchers wanted to see if these in-the-moment tips led to more positive parenting and better child behavior.
