Summary

This study tested whether a special support package could improve the wellbeing of pregnant doctors-in-training and reduce medical errors. 156 participants were randomly assigned to receive either the support package or standard care. The package included a smart bassinet, a wearable breast pump, access to a 24/7 telehealth service for pregnancy care, and a faculty mentor.
