Summary
This study tests an online training program called WE PLAY for Parents, designed to help parents of young children with autism (ages 3-5) encourage more physical activity. About 114 parents will be randomly assigned to take the training right away or wait 3 months. Researchers will measure changes in parents' knowledge, confidence, and behavior around promoting activity. The goal is to see if the program is helpful and easy to use.
