Summary
This study tests a group-based parent training program called SPACE-Pain, originally developed for anxiety, to see if it is feasible and acceptable for parents of children aged 10-17 with chronic pain. The program teaches parents to reduce accommodation while staying warm and supportive. The study will enroll 48 parent-child pairs and measure session attendance, satisfaction, and changes in child function and pain.
