NCT ID NCT07344870
Summary
This study tested whether teaching parents about sports nutrition could improve the body composition and athletic performance of their children. Researchers gave a 4-week online nutrition course to parents of 30 young basketball players aged 8-13. They measured the athletes' muscle mass, body fat, speed, and strength before and after the program to see if the parents' new knowledge led to better diets and results for the kids.
