First seen Mar 19, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 7 times

Summary

This study tests a parent-led telehealth program to help young autistic children (ages 3 to 7) with insomnia sleep better. About 130 children will be randomly assigned to one of two behavioral interventions for 10 weeks. The goal is to see if the structured Sleep Parent Treatment reduces insomnia symptoms more than a general sleep education program.
