NCT ID NCT06966323
Summary
This study is testing a group course called 'Hold me Tight/Let me Go' designed to help parents and their teenagers (aged 12-18) improve a stressful relationship. About 150 families will participate in group sessions and individual coaching to learn better communication and bonding skills. Researchers will measure changes in family satisfaction, conflict patterns, and the teen's well-being to see if the program works.
