Summary
This study looks at whether a short, online writing program called Grow Together, Thrive Together (G2T2) is practical and acceptable for young adults (ages 18-25) and their parents or caregivers. The program involves three writing sessions over nine weeks, where participants reflect on disagreements from an outside perspective. The goal is not to prove the program works, but to see if people will join, stay, and find it useful. About 60 pairs will take part.
