Summary
This study compares two premedication regimens—methylprednisolone versus dexamethasone—to prevent allergic reactions to motixafortide in multiple myeloma patients undergoing stem cell collection. About 94 adults will participate to see which steroid works better and has fewer side effects. The goal is to improve tolerability of this important step before stem cell transplant.
