First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 28, 2026 · Updated 26 times

Summary

This study is looking at why people with pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH), a rare and serious lung disease, often wait a long time for a correct diagnosis. Researchers will review medical records from 139 adults in Brazil to see how many doctors they saw and what tests were done before getting the right diagnosis. The goal is to find ways to help doctors spot PAH earlier, so treatment can start sooner and improve outcomes.
