Summary
This study aims to understand how well transplanted insulin-producing cells work in people with chronic pancreatitis who have their pancreas removed. Researchers will collect blood samples from 100 participants to track markers of inflammation and cell function. The goal is to gather knowledge that could help improve future treatments for this painful condition.
