Summary
This study aims to understand how kidney failure affects recovery from pancreatic cancer surgery. Researchers will look back at the medical records of about 100 patients who had this surgery to see what factors led to better or worse outcomes. The goal is to use this information to give clearer advice to future patients with kidney failure who need this operation.
