Summary
This early-stage trial is testing the safety and best dose of combining two targeted cancer drugs for people with advanced pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (PNETs). One drug blocks signals that help tumors grow, while the other delivers radiation directly to cancer cells. Researchers hope this combination will be more effective at controlling the disease than either drug alone.
