New vaccine combo trial aims to boost immune attack on pancreatic cancer
NCT ID NCT06782932
Summary
This study is testing two different combinations of cancer vaccines and immune-boosting drugs for people with pancreatic cancer that can be removed with surgery. The goal is to see which approach is safer and more effective at helping the immune system fight the cancer, both before surgery (to shrink tumors) and after surgery (to prevent return). Researchers will measure side effects and look for signs that the treatments are activating the immune system against the cancer.
