New vaccine combo aims to boost immune attack on pancreatic cancer

Summary
This study tests two different cancer vaccines (GVAX and mKRASvax) combined with two immunotherapy drugs (balstilimab and AGEN2373) in people with pancreatic cancer that can be surgically removed. The goal is to find the safest dose and see if the treatment helps the immune system fight the cancer. About 38 participants will receive the vaccines before and after surgery.
