Summary
This early-stage study tests if combining radiation therapy with an experimental immunotherapy called PCX12 is safe for people with locally advanced pancreatic cancer. About 24 participants who have already had chemotherapy will receive radiation followed by injections of PCX12 directly into the tumor. The main goal is to find the safest dose and check for side effects.
