Tiny 'Dream Vectors' target deadly pancreatic tumors in new trial
NCT ID NCT07049055
Summary
This study is testing whether adding a new experimental treatment to standard chemotherapy helps people with advanced pancreatic cancer that has worsened after initial therapy. The experimental treatment uses tiny 'nanocells' designed to deliver chemotherapy directly to cancer cells while also boosting the immune system. Researchers will compare survival and side effects between those receiving the new combination and those receiving standard chemotherapy alone.
