Summary
This study is testing whether adding two drugs, losartan and nivolumab, to standard chemotherapy and radiation can better shrink pancreatic tumors before surgery. The goal is to help surgeons completely remove the cancer and improve patient outcomes. It is for adults with localized pancreatic cancer that has not spread to distant organs.
