Summary

This trial tests whether a short course of focused radiation followed by chemotherapy (nab-paclitaxel and gemcitabine) plus the immunotherapy drug camrelizumab can shrink borderline or locally advanced pancreatic tumors enough to allow complete surgical removal. The study enrolls 30 adults aged 18–75 with pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma or acinar cell carcinoma that has not spread to other organs. The main goal is to see how often the tumor can be fully removed with clean margins.
