Summary

This early-phase trial tests whether adding leflunomide (an arthritis drug) to standard chemotherapy gemcitabine is safe and effective for people with advanced pancreatic cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. About 19 adults will receive the combination to find the best dose and check for side effects. The goal is to improve survival without worsening quality of life.
