Summary
This study tests a modified chemotherapy regimen for people aged 65 and older with newly diagnosed metastatic pancreatic cancer. The treatment alternates between two drug combinations (FOLFOX and FOLFIRI) to see if it is easier to tolerate than the standard FOLFIRINOX regimen. The goal is to control the cancer while reducing severe side effects in older patients.
