New combo therapy aims to halt pancreatic Cancer's spread

NCT ID NCT03991962

Summary

This study is testing a two-part treatment for pancreatic cancer that has not spread to other organs but cannot be surgically removed. The goal is to see if a specific chemotherapy regimen followed by highly focused radiation can better control the cancer and delay its progression compared to older standard treatments. Researchers will measure how long patients live without their cancer getting worse and monitor side effects.
