New Four-Drug attack on tough pancreatic cancer

NCT ID NCT05014776

Summary

This study is testing a combination of four drugs (CRS-207, pembrolizumab, ipilimumab, and tadalafil) to see if it is safe and can help control advanced pancreatic cancer that has spread and has gotten worse after at least one round of prior chemotherapy. It is for adults whose cancer has spread and can be measured on scans. The main goal is to see how many patients' tumors shrink in response to the treatment.
