Summary
This study is testing if a specific combination of chemotherapy drugs followed by a short, intense course of targeted radiation can help control pancreatic cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. The goal is to see if this approach can keep the cancer from growing or spreading longer than older standard treatments. Researchers will also closely monitor side effects, especially those affecting the digestive system.
