New hope for pancreatic cancer: drug combo targets tumor growth

Summary

This early-phase study tests whether adding bosentan to standard chemotherapy can help control pancreatic cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. About 21 adults will receive the combination to find the safest dose and check for side effects. The goal is to slow or stop cancer growth, not to cure it.
