Two-Pronged attack aims to shrink inoperable pancreatic tumors

NCT ID NCT07208539

Summary

This study is testing a two-step treatment for pancreatic cancer that is borderline or locally advanced, meaning it is difficult or impossible to remove with surgery right away. The goal is to see if giving two different combinations of chemotherapy drugs plus an immunotherapy drug can shrink the tumors enough so that surgery becomes an option. Researchers will measure if this approach helps patients live longer and how safe the treatment is.
