Summary
This study aims to see if a new drug combination can help shrink pancreatic tumors before surgery. It will test an immunotherapy drug (adebrelimab) plus two standard chemotherapy drugs in about 30 patients. The goal is to see if this approach makes surgery more successful and improves outcomes for people with this serious cancer.
