Summary
This study is testing a flexible approach to chemotherapy before surgery for pancreatic cancer. If the first chemotherapy regimen isn't working well or causes too many side effects, doctors can switch patients to a different combination. The goal is to better control the cancer and improve the chances of successful surgery that removes all visible tumor.
