Summary
This study tested two standard chemotherapy combinations in 150 people with advanced pancreatic cancer that had spread. The goal was to see which worked better and to use lab tests on tumors to predict responses. Participants received either modified FOLFIRINOX or gemcitabine plus nab-paclitaxel, and the study tracked how long the cancer stayed under control.
