Summary
This study tests whether a specific sequence of two different chemotherapy combinations, each paired with an immunotherapy drug (PD-L1 antibody), can shrink borderline resectable or locally advanced pancreatic cancer enough to allow surgical removal. About 77 adults with this type of pancreatic cancer will receive the treatment. The main goal is to see if this approach improves survival at 18 months and increases the number of patients who can undergo surgery.
