Tiny radiation implants tested in battle against tough pancreatic cancer

NCT ID NCT06698458

Summary

This study is testing the safety of a new treatment for advanced pancreatic cancer. It combines tiny radioactive implants placed directly into the tumor with standard chemotherapy. The goal is to see if this approach can help control the cancer, reduce pain, and potentially make some tumors operable, while monitoring for side effects.
