Summary

This study is testing a new combination of immune-based treatments for pancreatic cancer. It gives patients a cancer vaccine and a drug that helps the immune system fight cancer, both before and after surgery to remove the tumor. The main goal is to see if this approach is safe and can change the immune system's activity in and around the tumor to help control the disease.
